Thank you for considering our delivery services. We strive to provide the highest quality service to our customers, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise. In the event that you are not satisfied with our delivery services, please review our refund policy below.

If there is an issue with your order or delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can address the problem. We will work with you to find a resolution that meets your needs.

If a refund is necessary, we will process it within 5 business days of your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched (for food and grocery delivery 5 minutes after the order was accepted), we will issue a full refund.

  • Late delivery: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect order: If we deliver the wrong items, we will issue a full refund.

  • Damaged items: If your items are damaged during delivery, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Customer error: If you provide incorrect delivery information or fail to collect your items, we are not responsible for any losses or refunds.

  • Unavailability: If we are unable to deliver due to factors beyond our control (e.g. traffic, extreme weather), we will not issue a refund.
