If a refund is necessary, we will process it within 5 business days of your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note that refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
Order cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched (for food and grocery delivery 5 minutes after the order was accepted), we will issue a full refund.
Late delivery: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund.
Incorrect order: If we deliver the wrong items, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged items: If your items are damaged during delivery, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Customer error: If you provide incorrect delivery information or fail to collect your items, we are not responsible for any losses or refunds.
Unavailability: If we are unable to deliver due to factors beyond our control (e.g. traffic, extreme weather), we will not issue a refund.
